Boot Camp Is Here!!!

This boot camp will incorporate CrossFit WOD's that will be scaled to each individual. Be prepared to make improvements in your cardiovascular/respitory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Working out in a group is a great way to make strong gains in all ten of these general physical skills. A group will keep you motivated and accountable long after you would give up if you were on your own. If you find you really need a structured fitness program but one on one personal training is beyond your budget, this affordable altenative is perfect for you. The investment you make in yourself will pay off huge dividends in your daily life. Each boot camp will start off with a dynamic warm up. This will raise your core temperature and loosen your muscles and joints preparing you for the "Work Out Of The Day". This WOD will be different everyday. Since we don't have the typical leg, day, arm day and cardio day routine, every WOD will be full body and executed at a high intensity to increase your work capacity across broad time and modal domains. These WOD's have been designed and tested on elite athletes and housewives around the world to decrease body fat, increase muscle mass and bone density and improve upon all ten general physical skills we talked about earlier.
